- Star Assessments will arrange a specialist assessor to conduct an online one-to-one needs assessment with the employee. The needs assessments can be tailored to include time with the employer/HR manager also.
- The assessor will learn about the employee's role, tasks, responsibilities, strengths, and any challenges they face.

- The assessor will analyse the information gathered to identify specific needs and potential solutions.
- The assessor will provide a report with suitable reasonable adjustments.
Price List
1 Hour Assessment
Suitable for those with one Neurodiversity disability (example Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD or ASC)
or one or more mental health disabilities (example Anxiety, Depression, Stress-related conditions, PTSD).
If you have two or more disabilities it is recommended you have a 1.5 hour Assessment.
1.5 Hour Assessment
Suitable for those with physical or sensory impairment disabilities (for example Mobility issues, Visual impairments, Hearing impairments, Chronic illness or fatigue-related conditions) and for those with two or more disabilities.
Additional Options
Add on an additional 30 minute discussion with with employer (manager of HR representative)
