As a provider of Workplace Strategy Coaching, each session is tailored to meet employees’ specific needs and objectives. Our Coaching sessions are aimed at developing practical solutions that enable employees with disabilities to thrive in their roles.  

We match employees to coaches based on expertise and work collaboratively with employees to identify and implement strategies to improve their work performance, communication, and overall job satisfaction. 

Our holistic approach allows the individual to explore their strengths and weaknesses so that together we can implement strategies that are empowering.

We support employees with a range of disabilities including Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, Physical impairments, Long term Health Conditions and Stress.

Our coaches draw on their deep,practical understanding of the impacts of disabilitiesin the workplace to create individual coaching plans to address specific workplace challenges. 

This may include:

• Understanding challenges in the workplace
• Planning, prioritisation, and organisation
• Break down the employees tasks into clear, measurable outcomes, and address them with specific strategies
• Managing stress and distractions in the workplace
• Building confidence and assertiveness
• Developing strategies to improve communication skil

Our Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching sessions are designed to help employees and employers understand and address performance issues collaboratively.

This may include:

• Improve understanding of employee's challenges in the workplace
• Break down the employees tasks into clear, measurable outcomes, and address them with specific strategies that both the employee and  manager agree upon.
• Developing strategies to improve communication and collaboration skills between Manager and colleagues.
•  Co-coaching is often provided alongside one-to-one Coaching to address these challenges comprehensively..
